4. Digital Products (Document Bundles)

• Purchased bundles are for personal or professional use only and must not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission.

• All downloadable items are provided in editable Word/Excel formats.

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds are applicable once the file is delivered.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

• Payment terms for services or digital products must be adhered to as per invoice or purchase agreement.

• Late payments may attract penalties or project delays.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, documents, branding, and digital content (unless otherwise noted) are the intellectual property of APG Interior. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or usage is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

7. Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, APG Interior shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
