Due to the immediate and full access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for these products.

Exceptions:

• If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We’ll work to resolve your issue quickly.

2. Interior Design Services

Refunds for paid consultations, design retainers, or execution services are subject to service agreement terms signed between the client and APG Interior.

In general:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be calculated based on the unused scope of work and costs already incurred.
